产后渐进性催乳饮食对新生儿的影响

摘要 目的:探讨产后渐进性催乳饮食对新生儿的影响。方法:选取本院单胎自然分娩的产妇及其新生儿605例。按照方法不同将其分为观察组(n=303)、对照组(n=302)。观察组产妇产后按拟定食谱渐进性催乳饮食,有序的控制乳汁分泌。对照组产妇产后常规饮食,进食催乳汤的时间、餐次、类别、量不控制。观察两组产妇泌乳情况、新生儿排便及体重情况、胆红素水平、睡眠、体温、产后纯母乳喂养成功率。结果:观察组产妇产后第1~5天的泌乳情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿胎便初排时间及胎便转黄时间均早于对照组,每天排便次数多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组新生儿生理性体重下降及体重恢复时间均较早,体重下降幅度较小,体重增长较快,体重恢复率较高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿出生第1~5天的经皮测胆红素水平及高胆红素血症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组新生儿体温异常及哭吵例数均较少,新生儿睡眠安静例数及纯母乳喂养成功率均较高,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇产后渐进性催乳饮食有利于新生儿身体健康。 Objective:To investigate the effect of postpartum progressive lactation diet on newborns.Method:A total of 605 parturient with singleton and natural delivery and their newborns in our hospital were selected.According to different methods,they were divided into observation group(n=303)and control group(n=302).The observation group parturient in postpartum according to the proposed recipe for progressive lactation diet,orderly control of milk secretion.The control group received routine diet after delivery,the time,meal times,category and quantity of prolactin soup were not controlled.The lactation of parturient,the newborns defecation,body weight,bilirubin level,sleep,body temperature,and the success rate of exclusive breastfeeding between two group were observed.Result:The lactation of the observation group were better than those of the control group on the 1st to 5th day after delivery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of the first defecation and the time of turning yellow in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the defecation times per day was more than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the newborn physiological weight loss and weight recovery time of the observation group were earlier,the weight loss was smaller,the weight growth was faster,the weight recovery rate was higher,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The transcutaneous bilirubin level of newborn on the 1st to 5th day of life and the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of infants with abnormal body temperature and crying noise in the observation group were less,the number of infants sleeping quietly and the success rate of exclusive breastfeeding were higher,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is good for the health of the newborns that the parturient should take the progressive lactation diet after delivery.
