摘要
目的探讨泮托拉唑与奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法收集本院2017年4月-2018年11月的74例奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道出血患者,随机分组,奥曲肽单一治疗组用奥曲肽,泮托拉唑与奥曲肽治疗组用泮托拉唑与奥曲肽治疗。比较两组上消化道出血止血总有效率;上消化道出血的时间、输血量、住院时间;治疗前后血红蛋白和胃液PH水平;上消化道出血复发率。结果泮托拉唑与奥曲肽治疗组上消化道出血止血总有效率、血红蛋白和胃液PH水平、上消化道出血的时间、输血量、住院时间、上消化道出血复发率方面相较奥曲肽单一治疗组更好,P <0.05。结论奥曲肽联合泮托拉唑治疗上消化道出血患者实施泮托拉唑与奥曲肽治疗效果确切,可快速止血和恢复血红蛋白水平,降低出血复发率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of pantoprazole and octreotide in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 74 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated with octreotide and pantoprazole from April 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: one group was treated with octreotide, the other group was treated with pantoprazole and octreotide. The total effective rate of hemostasis of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, the time of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, blood transfusion volume and hospital stay, the levels of hemoglobin and gastric juice PH before and after treatment, and the recurrence rate of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were compared between the two groups. Results Pantoprazole and Octreotide were better than octreotide in hemostasis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, hemoglobin and gastric juice PH level, time of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, blood transfusion volume, hospital stay and recurrence rate of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, P < 0.05. Conclusion Octreotide combined with pantoprazole is effective in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Pantoprazole and octreotide can quickly stop bleeding and restore the level of hemoglobin, and reduce the recurrence rate of bleeding.
