摘要
目的探讨我院儿科运用医护一体化管理模式在小儿病毒性脑炎中的应用效果及分析。方法选取阳江市人民医院儿科2017年5月~2019年5月接收的小儿病毒性脑炎患儿120例为研究对象,对科室医护人员按照要求培训,确定医护一体化的管理模式和方案。随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组患儿接受常规治疗和护理,试验组患儿接受医护一体化管理。比较两组受试者在接受相应的治疗后临床症状(发热、呕吐、惊厥、意识清醒)的改善时间、住院天数、治疗效果(语言交流能力、情感沟通能力、肢体功能、依赖性)差异,统计护理满意度。结果试验组患儿临床症状改善时间短于对照组、护理满意度高于对照组、治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿病毒性脑炎患儿给予医护一体化管理,缩短治疗时间和住院天数,减少不良反应的发生率,提高了治疗效果和就医满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect and analysis of integrated medical and nursing management mode in pediatric viral encephalitis.Methods 120 children with pediatric viral encephalitis treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Yangjiang People's Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as subjects of this study.The department's medical staff were trained in accordance with the requirements to determine the management mode and plan for integrated medical and nursing.The children were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The children in the control group received conventional treatment and nursing,while those in the experimental group received integrated medical and nursing management.The differences in the improvement time,hospitalization days,therapeutic effects(language communication ability,emotional communication ability,limb function and dependence)of the clinical symptoms(fever,vomiting,convulsion and conscious)after receiving the corresponding treatment were compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction was statistically analyzed.Results By comparison,it was found that the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,and the therapeutic effect was better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing management for children with viral encephalitis can shorten the treatment time and hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the therapeutic effect and medical satisfaction.
