摘要
冻结肩是一种肩关节的慢性、自限性疾病,其病因病机至今尚未完全明确。它的主要病理变化为肩关节囊挛缩、增厚、纤维化及慢性滑膜炎。近年来,动物模型在阐述冻结肩的发病机制、治疗、预防中有着重要作用。国内外学者基于大鼠、小鼠、犬类、兔子等不同动物,采用不同的造模方式建立模型用来开展冻结肩方面的研究。然而,出于不同研究目标,目前已发展出的多种冻结肩动物模型分别有自己的优势和局限性。本文将对若干种典型的冻结肩动物模型的造模方法进行详细的研究和讨论,并介绍基于这些方法取得的冻结肩病因病机方面的研究进展,期望能为基础研究和临床医学探索提供有益的思路。
Frozen shoulder is a chronic,self-limited disease of shoulder joints. However,the etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear. Its main pathological changes are shoulder capsule contracture,thickening,fibrosis,and chronic synovitis. Recently,animal models have had an important role in investigating the pathogenesis,treatment,and prevention of frozen shoulder. Animal models using rats,mice,dogs,and rabbits with different modeling method have been widely used for frozen shoulder research by domestic and foreign scholars. However,each animal model of frozen shoulder has advantages and limitations based on specific research interests. In this paper,the modeling method of several typical frozen shoulder animal models are reviewed and discussed in detail. Research progress in the pathogenesis of frozen shoulder disease based on these method is also discussed. This review is expected to provide useful ideas for basic research and clinical medical exploration of frozen shoulder.
