摘要
虎门二桥钢桥面铺装体系采用“钢板+环氧富锌漆防腐层+环氧树脂防水粘结层+环氧沥青铺装下层+环氧树脂粘层+环氧沥青铺装上层”结构。为了研究环氧富锌漆在该铺装体系中的适用性和必要性,设计制作“钢板+环氧富锌漆防腐层+环氧树脂粘结层+热拌环氧沥青铺装层”复合试件,模拟高温施工、长期浸水、高温加载、盐雾侵蚀等外部条件作用,对各试件进行拉拔试验,分析环氧富锌漆防腐层的耐高温性能、水稳定性能及耐久性能。结果表明:环氧富锌漆具有良好的层间粘结性能、耐高温和水稳定性能;环氧富锌漆对钢桥面板铺装体系的整体粘结强度影响很小,但可有效提高钢桥面板服役期间的防腐性能。虎门二桥钢桥面铺装结构体系中采用环氧富锌漆作为防腐层具有良好的适用性和必要性。
The deck pavement system of the Second Humen Bridge is comprised of steel plates,an anticorrosive layer of epoxy zinc-rich paint,a waterproof binding layer of epoxy resin,the lower paving layer of epoxy asphalt,a binding layer of epoxy resin and the upper paving layer of epoxy asphalt.To study the applicability and necessity of the epoxy zinc-rich paint in the pavement system,the composite specimens comprising steel plates,an anticorrosive layer of epoxy zinc-rich paint,a binding layer of epoxy resin and a paving layer of hot mix epoxy asphalt were prepared.Pull-out tests were carried out to each specimen in different simulated contexts,such as being constructed at high temperatures,dipped in water for a long time,loaded at high temperatures and exposed to salt fog environment,to analyze the high temperature endurance,water stability and durability of the anticorrosive layer of epoxy zinc-rich paint.The results show that the epoxy zinc-rich paint has good binding performance among layers,good high-temperature endurance and water stability.The epoxy zinc-rich paint exerts little influence on the global binding strength of the pavement system of the steel deck,thus can effectively improve the anticorrosive performance of the bridge deck in the service period.The anticorrosive layer of epoxy zinc-rich paint is applicable and necessary to the pavement system of the steel deck.
