摘要
目的比较阴道超声与宫腔镜诊断异常子宫出血(AUB)的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月江苏省人民医院浦口分院收治的80例AUB患者,均实施阴道超声、宫腔镜检查,回顾分析不同诊断方法与病理诊断符合情况。结果宫腔镜诊断准确率、敏感性高于阴道超声(P<0.05),两组诊断方法特异性差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论阴道超声、宫腔镜都能够实施AUB诊断,而宫腔镜诊断价值更高,可作为异常子宫出血首选诊断方法。
Objective To compare the efficacy of transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods From May 2017 to may 2019,80 cases of AUB in Pukou branch of Jiangsu Provincial People's hospital were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy,and the coincidence between different diagnosis methods and pathological diagnosis was analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of hysteroscopy were higher than those of vaginal ultrasound(P<0.05),and there was no difference in diagnostic specificity between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of AUB can be performed by transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy,and the value of hysteroscopy is higher,which can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding.
