某纯电动汽车驱动系统24阶振动噪声的分析与优化 被引量:3

摘要 简述纯电动汽车用驱动电机系统振动噪声的来源、传递路径及优化途径,并针对某纯电动汽车蠕行模式驱动电机系统24阶振动噪声进行分析,得出车辆在130~200r/min转速范围内、 74Hz频率附近局部强化的24阶振动噪声是由驱动电机激励、驱动电机电磁力波频率同车辆动力总成固有频率共振引起的。同时提出了增加预置扭矩、优化扭矩阶跃强度的方案,有效地减弱了蠕行模式驱动电机系统24阶振动噪声。 This paper analyzes the source, transmission path and optimization path of the vibration and noise of the drive motor system used in electric vehicle, and analyzes the 24th-order vibration noise of the drive motor system of a electric vehicle in creep condition in the speed range of 130~200 rpm and near 74 Hz frequency, finds out that it is caused by the resonance of electromagnetic wave frequency of the drive motor with the natural frequency of the vehicle powertrain by the drive motor excitation. At the same time, the paper proposes an optimization scheme of increasing preset torque and reducing torque step strength, which effectively reduces the 24th-order vibration noise of the drive motor system.
