摘要 介绍了国内外炼油厂酸性气处理技术的现状,综述了酸性气回收制硫磺、亚硫酸胺、硫氢化钠、硫脲的工艺技术,对比分析了小型炼油厂几种酸性气处理工艺的技术来源、适用规模、技术成熟度、脱硫效率、产品前景及运行成本等方面,并为小型炼油厂的酸性气处理提供了具体建议:对于小型炼油厂建酸性气处理装置,可选择LO-CAT回收制硫磺技术或回收制硫氢化钠工艺;对于建设1kt/a左右的小规模硫回收装置,更适合采用回收制硫氢化钠工艺。 The present situation of acid gas treatment technology in domestic and foreign refineries is introduced. The process technology of sulfur, ammonium sulfite, sodium hydrosulfide and thiourea from acidic gas recovery is reviewed. The technical sources, applicable scale, technical maturity, desulfurization efficiency, product prospect and operation cost of several acidic gas treatment processes in small refineries are compared and analyzed. The specific suggestions for acidic gas treatment in small refineries are provided: LO-CAT recovery preparing sulfur or sodium hydrosulfide technology can be chosen for acidic gas treatment device in small refineries, and recovery preparing sodium hydrosulfide is more suitable for small scale of about 1 kt/a sulfur recovery device.
