摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀与匹伐他汀对围绝经期血脂异常患者血脂水平的影响。方法连续纳入首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院全科医疗科门诊2017年10月至2019年5月收治的围绝经期血脂异常患者160例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组给予匹伐他汀钙片治疗,均治疗8周。比较2组患者治疗前后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平的变化和治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,2组患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C水平均明显下降,HDL-C水平均明显升高,但观察组LDL-C和HDL-C水平均低于对照组[(2.5±0.9)mmol/L比(2.8±0.5)mmol/L、(1.31±0.28)mmol/L比(1.46±0.31)mmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2组患者用药期间均未发生严重的不良反应。结论阿托伐他汀与匹伐他汀对围绝经期血脂异常患者降低总胆固醇及三酰甘油的能力相当,匹伐他汀降低LDL-C作用优于阿托伐他汀,升高HDL-C的作用不及阿托伐他汀。
Objective To analyze the effects of atorvastatin and pivastatin on blood lipids in perimenopausal patients with dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 160 perimenopausal patients with dyslipidemia admitted to Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from October 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group took atorvastatin and the observation group took pivastatin for 8 weeks.Total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no statistical differences in total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,LDL-C and HDL-C between groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,levels of total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and LDL-C significantly decreased and HDL-C level significantly increased in both groups(all P<0.05);levels of LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(2.5±0.9)mmol/L vs(2.8±0.5)mmol/L,(1.31±0.28)mmol/L vs(1.46±0.31)mmol/L](all P<0.05).No serious adverse reaction was noticed during treatment.Conclusions Atorvastatin and pivastatin are equally effective in reducing total cholesterol and triacylglycerol in patients with perimenopental dyslipidemia.Pivastatin is more effective in reducing LDL-C,but less capable in elevating HDL-C than atorvastatin.
