摘要
目的探讨全程优质护理在激光治疗面颈部血管瘤患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年2月我院激光治疗的72例先天性血管瘤患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组给予全程优质护理干预。护理完成后,从患儿家属对护士护理满意度评分、患儿在护理中出现的不良反应和护理后的康复效果方面,对护理效果进行比较。结果观察组的业务素质、心理关怀和工作效率满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程优质护理模式有效提高患儿家属护理满意度,降低患儿不良反应发生率,提高了患儿的康复效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course high-quality nursing in laser treatment of children with facial and neck hemangioma.Methods A total of 72 children with congenital hemangioma who underwent laser treatment in our hospital were selected as the treatment objects from March 2018 to February 2019.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group of childrens were used conventional nursing,the observation group take the whole quality nursing intervention.After the completion of nursing,the nursing effect was compared from the satisfaction score of the family members of the children on the nursing,the adverse reactions of the children in the nursing process and the rehabilitation effect after nursing.Results The business quality,psychological care and work efficiency satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course high-quality nursing mode can effectively improve the satisfaction of children′s family members on nursing work,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and improve the rehabilitation effect of children.
