摘要
目的探讨毫火针浅刺法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究。方法选取2017年3月—2018年6月于我院内分泌科就诊的糖尿病周围神经病变病人86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用毫火针浅刺法治疗。比较两组治疗前后糖尿病周围神经病变积分、神经传导速度并评定疗效。结果治疗后,两组糖尿病周围神经病变积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组正中神经及腓总神经传导速度均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(90.70%与74.42%,P<0.05)。结论毫火针浅刺法能有效治疗糖尿病周围神经病变。
Objective To observe the clinical research of shallow milli-fire needle in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Eighty-six patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The two groups were given the basic treatment.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group were treated with shallow milli-fire needle treatment on the basis of the control group.The scores of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the level of nerve conduction velocity and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve in two groups were increased compa red with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the conduction velocity of median nerve and peroneal nerve in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.70%vs 74.42%,P<0.05).Conclusion The shallow milli-fire needle could effectively improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
