摘要
目的:基于升降浮沉理论探究常用中药的用药规律。方法:参照《医学启源》对其中记载的101味常用升降浮沉类中药的入药部位、药性、药味、归经,通过Excel2010进行统计分析,归纳药物特点及其作用规律。结果:升浮类药物入药部位以根、根茎为主,性温,味辛者居多,归经以脾经、胃经、肺经居多;沉降类药物入药部位以根、果实为主,性寒,味苦者居多,归经以肺经、肝经居多;可升可降类药物入药部位以根、根茎类为主,性温,味甘、苦、辛居多,归经以脾经、肝经居多。结论:药物升降浮沉理论与药物性味归经关系密切,开展对中药升降浮沉理论体系的研究,对于中药配伍及指导临床用药具有十分重要的意义。
Objective:To explore the medication rules of common Chinese materia medica based on the theory of ascending,descending,floating and sinking.Methods:With reference to the Medical Enlightenment,the medicine entry locations,medicinal properties,medicinal flavors,and channel tropism of the 101 commonly used lifting and sinking Chinese materia medica recorded in it were statistically analyzed by EXCEL2010 to summarize the characteristics of the medicines and their rules.Results:The main medicine entry locations used for lifting and floating are roots and rhizomes.They are warm in property and pungent in flavor.Spleen,stomach and lung channels are the most common channel tropism.The main medicine entry locations used for sinking and descending are roots and fruit.They are cold in property and bitter in flavor.Lung and liver channels are the most common channel tropism.Roots and rhizomes are the main medicine entry locations of ascending and descending medicine.They are warm in property and sweet,bitter and pungent in flavor.Spleen and liver channels are the most common channel tropism.Conclusion:The theory of theory of ascending,descending,floating and sinking of Chinese materia medica is closely related to the property,flavor and channel tropism of Chinese materia medica.It is very important to study the theoretical system of ascending,descending,floating and sinking of Chinese materia medica for the compatibility of Chinese materia medica and the guidance of clinical medication.
