摘要
以华南理工大学材料平台公共分析测试中心为例,从操作人员培训、测试预约制度和仪器与实验室安全管理等方面,总结分析其十多年来在大型分析测试仪器开放共享中逐渐形成的比较完善的管理机制和管理特点,介绍其具体实践和取得的成果,以期为促进我国高校大型仪器设备开放共享提供参考借鉴。目前,该中心已经完全实现依靠大型仪器使用的测试费收入来保障大型仪器日常维护和故障及时维修的目标,还利用测试费收入余额购置了一台最新的SU8220超高分辨率冷场发射扫描电镜,很好地促进了大型仪器开放共享的可持续发展。
Taking the material platform public analysis and testing center of South China University of Technology asan example, this paper summarizes and analyzes the relatively perfect management mechanism and management featuresgradually formed in the open-sharing of large-scale analysis and testing instruments in the past decade from the aspectsof operator training, test appointment system and instrument and laboratory safety management, and states the concretepractice and achievements of the center, with a view to providing reference for promoting the open-sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities in China. At present, the center has fully realized the goalof relying on the test fee income used by large instruments to ensure the daily maintenance and timely maintenance oflarge instruments, and has also used the balance of the test fee to purchase a newest SU82220 ultra high resolution coldfield emission scanning electron microscope, which has well promoted the sustainable development of large instrumentopening and sharing.
