反转5E教育对腹膜透析患者焦虑及抑郁的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Inverted 5E Education on Anxiety and Depression in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

摘要 目的探讨反转5E教育对腹膜透析(腹透)患者焦虑及抑郁的影响。方法选取腹透患者50例,采用抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,其中6例患者由于转血透、感染等原因退出本研究。对照组21例,接受常规健康教育;观察组23例,接受反转5E健康教育模式。比较2组患者的自评焦虑量表(SAS)评分和自评抑郁量表(SDS)评分。结果观察组治疗6个月的SAS、SDS评分分别为(52.64±6.89)分和(54.57±6.21)分,治疗12个月的SAS、SDS评分分别为(37.09±5.74)分和(36.27±5.38)分;对照组治疗6个月的SAS、SDS评分分别为(61.55±6.76)分和(63.28±6.65)分,治疗12个月的SAS、SDS评分分别为(46.15±5.36)分和(44.25±5.09)分。观察组上述SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论对腹透患者采用反转5E健康教育模式效果显著,有利于缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等情绪,改善患者的生活质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of inverted 5E education on anxiety and depression in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods A total of 50 peritoneal dialysis patients were randomly assigned to receive either routine health education(control group,n=21)or inverted 5E health education(observation group,n=23)(6 patients withdrew due to hemodialysis,infection and other reasons).The scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the scores of SAS and SDS significantly decreased in observation group after treatment for 6 months((52.64±6.89)vs(61.55±6.76)and(54.57±6.21)vs(63.28±6.65),respectively),as well as after treatment for 12 months((37.09±5.74)vs(46.15±5.36)and(36.27±5.38)vs(44.25±5.09),respectively)(P<0.01).Conclusion The inverted 5E health education can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression and improve quality of life in peritoneal dialysis patients.
