摘要
过去20年,农村人口向城市涌入,外地人口向一线和新一线城市迁移。政府在城市大力建造住宅,以此平衡住宅的需求侧和供给侧。但是一般建造方式是粗放式的,于是这几年兴起了住宅产业化,以标准化、机械化的生产方式,解决高能耗、低效率的问题。文章以运用装配式住宅优化苏州保障性住房的构件设计、施工和前期规划为目的,通过对苏州莲花新村五区居民进行走访,了解保障性小区目前存在的缺陷,对一般建筑和装配式建筑进行对比分析。从装配式建筑在苏州保障性住房建设中的必要性和可行性方面进行了论述,并提出了优化方法,以期为未来装配式建造方式在苏州保障房中的推广提供借鉴。
Over the past 20 years,rural populations have flooded into cities and migrants have moved to first-tier and new cities.The government is building houses in cities to balance the demand side and the supply side of housing.However,this construction method is extensive.Therefore,housing industrialization emerged in recent years to solve the problems of high energy consumption and low efficiency with standardized and mechanized production mode.This paper aims to optimize the components’design,construction and the preliminary planning of affordable housing in Suzhou by using prefabricated housing.By visiting the residents of No.5 Lotus Community in Suzhou,this paper tries to learn about the current defects of affordable housing.By comparing the common and prefabricated construction methods,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of prefabricated construction in affordable housing in Suzhou.The appropriate optimization strategy is put forward.It can provide a reference for the promotion of prefabricated construction in affordable housing in Suzhou in the future.
