摘要
采用充液拉深筒形件再液压胀形的复合液压成形工艺成形环形件,利用DYNAFORM5.9软件对环形件复合液压成形过程进行模拟,探究不同工艺因素下预成形筒形件对环形件成形质量的影响,因素包括拉深比、最大液压、凸模圆角半径及中间退火。结果表明:随着拉深比增大,筒形件和环形件的最薄点壁厚逐渐减小;采用单拐点液压加载的筒形件充液拉深成形中最大液压愈大,得到的环形件壁厚减薄愈剧烈,最薄点壁厚愈小;随着凸模圆角半径的增加,筒形件圆角处壁厚增加,胀形后环形件最薄点壁厚减小;在复合液压成形的两工序间对筒形件进行中间退火,有利于后续加工,提高成形性能。
The ring parts was formed by the compound hydroforming process of hydraulic deep drawning cylindrical part and then hydraulic bulging. The compound hydroforming process of ring part was simulated with DYNAFORM5.9 software. The influence of preformed cylinder parts on the forming quality of ring parts under different process parameters such as drawing ratio, maximum hydraulic pressure, punch fillet radius and process annealing was explored. The results indicate that the wall thickness of the thinnest point of tubular part and the ring part decreases gradually with the increase of draw ratio. The larger the maximum hydraulic pressure of the process of hydraulic deep drawing of cylindrical parts with single turning point hydraulic loading is, the more severe the wall thickness of the ring is and the smaller the wall thickness of the thinnest point is. As the radius of the punch fillet increases, the wall thickness at the rounded corner of the cylindrical member increases, and the wall thickness at the thinnest point of ring parts decreases after bulging. The intermediate annealing between the two working sequences of compound hydroforming is beneficial to the subsequent processing and the improvement of forming performance.
