摘要
目的调查护士的社会支持度和自我效能感,探讨社会支持度、自我效能感与护理质量的相关性。方法于2018年1-6月采用机遇式抽样抽取宜宾市第二人民医院护士386人,用标准问卷调查其社会支持度(SSRS)、一般自我效能感(GSES)、护士工作绩效,自制设计问卷调查护理质量。结果386名护士SSRS和GSES评分分别为(38.8±4.6)分和(2.31±0.22)分,不同护龄、婚姻状况和科室护士SSRS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。386名护士工作绩效评分为(2.5±0.9)分,不同年龄段和护龄评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理质量总评良好、中等和较差者分别占26.9%、65.0%和8.1%。社会支持度评分与护士工作绩效和护理质量等级有相关性,其Pearson相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数分别为0.737和0.466(P<0.05)。自我效能感与护士工作绩效评分和护理质量也有相关性,其Pearson相关系数和Spearman秩相关系数分别为0.682和0.404(P<0.05)。结论护士社会支持度和自我效能感可能影响到护士工作绩效及护理质量,应结合护士实际情况加强对护士自我效能感的干预,增加来自医院、科室和同事的社会支持,从而提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the social support and self-efficacy of nurses,and discuss the correlations between social support,self-efficacy and quality of nursing.Methods From January to June 2018,386 nurses were selected randomly from No.2 People’s Hospital of Yibin by simple random sampling,and investigated social support,self-efficacy and nurse job performance by standard questionnaires,and quality of nursing by selfdesigned questionnaires.Results The scores of social support rating scale(SSRS)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were(38.8±4.6)and(2.31±0.22)respectively among 386 nurses,and there were significant differences of SSRS score among different nursing age,marital status and departments(P<0.05).The job performance score of386 nurses was(2.5±0.9),and the differences of performance were observed among different age and nursing age(P<0.05).The total levels of quality of nursing with good,moderate and poor were 26.9%,65.0%and 8.1%.The correlations between social support score and nurse job performance score,quality of nursing were observed with Pearson correlation coefficient 0.737 and Spearman rank correlation coefficient 0.466(P<0.05).There were significant correlations between general self-efficacy and nurse job performance score,quality of nursing with Pearson correlation coefficient 0.682 and Spearman rank correlation coefficient 0.404(P<0.05).Conclusion The social support and self-efficacy of nurses could affect the job performance and quality of nursing.Therefore,it is essential to strengthen self-efficacy intervention according to specific circumstances,increase the social supports from hospital,department and colleagues,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
