摘要
针对机床永磁同步电机外部负载干扰和参数变化敏感,提出了自适应模糊反演控制用于永磁同步电机位置控制。模糊系统估计控制率中的未知非线性,模糊控制器采用自适应和反演构造。与传统反演控制进行了仿真对比,仿真结果表明:提出的控制结构比较简单,在参数不确定和负载力矩干扰的情况下,位置误差集中在一个较小的范围。
In view of external load disturbance and sensitivity to parameter variation of Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Machine(PMSM)for machine tools,an adaptive fuzzy backstepping control is proposed for PMSM position control.Because of the unknown nonlinearity in the fuzzy system estimation control rate,the fuzzy controller was constructed by adaptive and backstepping.Compared with the traditional backstepping control,the simulation results show that the proposed control structure is relatively simple,and the position error concentrates in a small range under uncertain parameters and load moment disturbance.
