回顾《晋图学刊》创刊背景和发展历程。从发文数量和质量以及刊物的外延活动等角度评估其社会贡献。分析探讨欠发达地区创办学术期刊的劣势和困难。揭示该刊逆境中坚守学术尊严底线的品格和规范编排方面诸多闪光点。指出其提升潜力并提出改进建议。
By reviewing the establishing background and development of Shanxi Library Journal,the dissertation evaluates the social contribution of the journal from the number and quality of published papers and extension activities of the periodical.The paper also discusses the disadvantages and difficulties in academic periodical establishment in under-development area,and demonstrates some shining points of the journal such as insisting academic dignity base line and formatting normatively.Finally,the author describes the improvement potential and proposes advice.
