摘要
以二羟乙基十二烷基氧化胺、腐植酸和盐酸为原料,过氧化氢为氧化剂进行反应,控制投料比,得到氧化胺型腐植酸。对钢片的腐蚀速率、缓蚀效率以及防膨等性能进行测定。实验结果表明,当氧化胺型腐植酸浓度达到0.6 g/L,腐蚀速率为5 g/(m^2·h),能有效抑制钢片的腐蚀以及腐蚀的深度;当氧化胺型腐植酸浓度达到0.8 g/L,缓蚀效率达到75%,能有效缓解金属的腐蚀。氧化胺型腐植酸具有较好的防膨性能,当浓度为1.5 g/L时,静态防膨率为78.7%,动态防膨率为71.9%。
Using the dihydroxyethyl dodecyl oxide amine,humic acid and hydrochloric acid as raw materials and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,the amine oxide humic acid was obtained by reaction controlling the feed ratio.The corrosion rate,corrosion inhibition efficiency and anti-expansion property of the steel sheet were measured.The results showed that when the concentration of the amine oxide humic acid reached 0.6 g/L and the corrosion rate reached 5 g/(m^2·h),the corrosion of steel sheet and the corrosion depth could be effectively inhibited.While the corrosion of metal could be effectively alleviated when the concentration of compound reached 0.8 g/L,the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached 75%.The static anti-swelling rate of the amine oxide humic acid was 78.7%,and the dynamic anti-swelling rate was 71.9% when the concentration was 1.5 g/L,indicating that amine oxide humic acid had good anti-swelling performance.
