摘要
为研究混合叠压再制造定子对定子磁密与损耗分布的影响,通过有限元仿真对比分析定子采用不同材料时,电机气隙与定子典型位置处磁密沿轴向的变化情况。建立混合叠压定子的磁密差值函数,基于两项式铁耗计算模型,利用差值函数对混合定子空载损耗进行计算。根据现有研究成果,通过不同频率下的损耗特性曲线得到非晶合金的损耗修正系数,对计算结果进行修正。制作样机并进行空载损耗实验,以验证计算结果的准确性。结果表明,与单一材料定子相比,混合材料定子中硅钢材料段对应气隙与定子各部位的磁密值增大,非晶材料段对应气隙与定子各部位的磁密值减小,磁密差值由材料分界面向各材料段中心位置逐渐减小,磁密分布具有一定的偏向性。在同样的经验系数修正下,通过差值函数计算所得结果更为精确,与实验测试结果相比,误差约为10.71%。
In order to study the influence of hybrid laminated remanufactured stator on stator flux density and iron loss distribution,the axial variation of flux density in air gap and typical position of stator was analyzed by finite element simulation.The magnetic density difference function of hybrid laminated` stator is established.Based on the traditional iron loss calculation model,the method to calculate the no-load loss of hybrid stator was proposed by using the difference function,which considers the change of axial flux density.According to the existing research results,the loss correction coefficients of amorphous alloys were obtained through the loss characteristic curves at different frequencies,and the calculation results were corrected.A prototype was made and no-load loss experiment was carried out to verify the accuracy of the calculation results.The results show that compared with the stator made of single material,the flux density of silicon steel section increase and that of amorphous material section decrease,the flux density difference between hybrid stator and normal stator decreases gradually from material interface to the center of each material section.The distribution has a certain deflection.With the same correction coefficients,the results obtained by the difference function are more accurate,and the error is about 10.71% compared with the experimental results.
