摘要
目的:观察个性化健康教育护理模式在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取80例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化健康教育护理,比较两组健康知识知晓率、关节疼痛程度、依从性及疾病复发再入院情况。结果:护理后,观察组类风湿关节炎健康知识知晓评分及依从性明显高于对照组,关节疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月后,观察组复发再入院率为0,明显低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上实施个性化健康教育护理,可明显提高类风湿关节炎患者的健康认知及依从性,降低疼痛程度及复发再入院率。
Objective:To observe effects of individualized health education nursing mode in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given individualized health education nursing mode.The awareness rate of health knowledge,joint pain degree,compliance and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the health knowledge awareness score and compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the readmission rate in the observation group was 0,which was significantly lower than 10.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Individualized health education nursing mode based on the routine nursing can significantly improve the health awareness and compliance of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Moreover,it can reduce the pain degree and the readmission rate.
