摘要
针对千米深井“三软”煤层沿空巷道应力过高导致围岩变形量过大、难以支护的难题,采用数值模拟的方法对沿空煤柱合理宽度进行研究,发现当煤柱宽度小于5 m时,煤柱破坏严重,基本失去承载能力,裂隙大量发育,几近贯通,无法起到隔离作用;当煤柱宽度逐渐增加,煤柱承载能力也逐渐提高;宽度为8 m时,煤柱既处在较低应力环境,又具有较好承载性能;煤柱宽度再增加,反而使煤柱处在高应力区,不利于煤柱稳定。基于上述结论,确定新安煤矿5204运输道沿空煤柱宽度为8 m,并提出适应于深井“三软”煤层的合理支护方案,经现场试验,取得了较好的应用效果。
In view of the difficult problem that the high stress of the roadway along the goaf in the"Three Soft"coal seam leads to the excessive deformation of the surrounding rock,which is difficult to support,this paper studied the reasonable width of the goaf coal pillar by using the numerical simulation method.It was found that when the width of the coal pillar is less than 5 m,the coal pillar is seriously damaged,basically loses the bearing capacity,a large number of cracks are developed,almost through,which can not play the role of isolation;when the width of the coal pillar is one by one increased,the bearing capacity of the coal pillar is also increased,when the width of the coal pillar is 8 m,the coal pillar is not only in a low stress environment,but also has a good bearing capacity;when the width of the coal pillar is increased,the coal pillar is in a high stress area,which is not conducive to the stability of the coal pillar.Based on the above conclusion,it was determined that the width of the goaf pillar of the 5204 haulage road in Xin'an Coal Mine is 8 m,and a reasonable supporting scheme suitable for the"Three Soft"coal seam of deep well was put forward.Through the field test,a good application effect was achieved.
