亚低温联合颅内血肿清除术对脑出血患者炎性因子及NIHSS评分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨亚低温联合颅内血肿清除术对脑出血患者炎性因子及NIHSS评分的影响。方法选择2016年12月-2019年3月在许昌市中医院接受治疗的脑出血患者60例,随机分为2组,各30例。对照组给予颅内血肿清除术治疗,观察组给予亚低温联合颅内血肿清除术治疗,比较2组患者炎性因子水平及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果两组患者手术7d后C反应蛋白(CRP)与肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均较术前低,且观察组炎性因子水平较对照组低;治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血患者采取亚低温联合颅内血肿清除术治疗,可有效改善患者炎性因子水平及神经功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of mild hypothermia combined with intracranial hematomas removal on inflammatory factors and NIHSS score in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the hospital from December, 2016 to March, 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The control group were treated with intracranial hematomas removal, and the observation group were treated with mild hypothermia combined with intracranial hematomas removal. The levels of inflammatory factors and the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NIHSS)were compared between the two groups. Results C-reactive protein(CRP) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF)were detected 7 days after operation in both groups. The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Mild hypothermia combined with intracranial hematomas removal can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors and neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
