Distribution Tendency of Multiple Inorganic Elements in Different Parts of Paddy

摘要 以收集自三省的66份稻谷为研究对象,通过加工研磨获得糙米和精米,通过ICP-MS获得并筛选出包含铅、镉和砷在内的17种无机元素,结合出糙率和整精米率数据,并研究其在稻谷不同部位(颖壳、米糠层和精米)中的分布规律,探讨形成原因。结果表明,58.3%~73.2%的铅分布在颖壳层,米糠层和精米中铅含量总量相近,分别在15.9%~22.8%和9.8%~18.9%范围内;镉元素44.3%~54.5%分布在精米,而在米糠层含量范围是22.8%~44.1%。对于砷元素,在精米中的残留率为18.6%~22.8%。对于其他的无机元素,大部分在精米加工过程留存率不高于30%。 There are 66 samples collected from three provinces taken as the research object. The brown rice and fine rice were obtained by processing and grinding. Then 17 kinds of inorganic elements including lead, cadmium and arsenic were detected by ICP-MS. Combined with husked rice yield and head rice yield in the laboratory, the distribution tendency of 17 kinds of inorganic elements in different parts of rice(glume shell, rice bran layer and polished rice) were studied and discussed. The results showed that 58.3%~73.2% of lead was distributed in the glume shell, and the lead content in rice bran layer and polished rice was similar, ranging from 15.9% to 22.8% and 9.8%~18.9% respectively. For cadmium, 44.3%~54.5% is distributed in polished rice, while the content in rice bran layer was 22.8%~44.1%. For arsenic, the residual rate in polished rice was 18.6% to 22.8%. For most of other inorganic elements, the retention rate in polished rice after processing was not higher than 30%.
