摘要
‘英潮红4号’作为加工型辣椒常规新品种,由地方品种‘益都红’自然变异株通过系统选育获得的。株高70~90 cm,株幅60~80 cm。门椒着生节位13节左右,果实形状短锥形,果长8.0 cm左右,果肩径4.0 cm左右,干椒单果质量4.0 g左右,嫩果绿色,成熟果紫红色。干椒色价值13~14,味微辣。自然环境下,晾干速度快、易于干制,干椒品质好,容易加工。在山东省适应地区作为干制辣椒品种进行露地栽培。2015年‘英潮红4号’辣椒经山东省农作物品种审定委员会审定通过,审定编号为鲁农审2015058号。
’Yingchaohong No.4’ is a new conventional pepper variety, which was obtained by systematic breeding of’Yiduhong’natural mutant.The plant height was 70-90 cm, and the plant width was 60-80 cm. About 13 sections at the root of bell peppe, The shape of the fruit is short and conical, Fruit length is about 8.0 cm, shoulder diameter is about 4.0 cm, single fruit weight of dry pepper is about 4.0 g,he young fruit is green, and the mature fruit is purplish red.The color value of dry pepper is 13-14, and the taste is slightly spicy. Under the natural environment, the drying speed is fast,easy to dry, and the quality of dried pepper is good, easy to process. As a dry pepper variety, it was cultivated in open field in Shandong Province. In 2015,’Yingchaohong No.4’ was approved by the crop variety Approval Committee of Shandong Province with the approval number of lu nong shen 2015058.
