摘要
本文对某扩压叶栅叶顶间隙流动结构进行了研究,通过三维数值仿真,对叶顶间隙流场中的旋涡结构构成、空间分布及相互作用关系进行了分析.研究采用Q判据识别流场中的涡,发现叶顶间隙气流的泄漏流动形成了叶尖分离涡、二次涡以及泄漏涡等旋涡结构,其空间位置及空间尺度具有明显差别。叶尖分离涡的堵塞作用对泄漏涡的强度、空间位置造成影响;在叶顶泄漏流动与泄漏涡的共同作用下形成了叶尖二次涡。涡系间存在的相互作用共同构成了叶顶间隙流场框架。
This article is about the investigation of the structure of cascade tip clearance flowfield.The investigation is carried out by the numerical simulation method,analyzing the forming,distribution and interaction of the vortex structure in the cascade tip clearance flowfield,the method to identify the vortex is Q identifications.The investigation discovered that the leakage flow in the cascade tip clearance flowfield result in the vortex such as tip separation vortex,tip secondary vortex and tip leakage vortex,and the three vortex has obvious difference in special distribution and scale.The plugging effect caused by the tip separation vortex has effect on the vortex intensity and locationg,the tip secondary vortex is formed by the interaction of leakage flow and tip leakage vortex.The interaction existing in the vortex system forms the structure of tip clearance flowfield.
