摘要
TB/T 2553—2018《铁路长大货物车》适用于长大货物车的设计、制造和检验。介绍标准的编制背景、编制原则、主要内容。从动力学性能评价指标确定和强度及刚度设计要求2个方面,详细论述标准的关键技术内容。从垂向动荷系数、材料许用应力及安全系数、刚度选取、运行安全监测点位置调整4个方面,提出标准实施建议。
TB/T 2553—2018 Heavy Duty Railway Freight Car is applicable to the design,manufacturing and inspec⁃tion of heavy duty railway freight car.This paper introduces the background,principle and main contents of the stan⁃dard.The key technical contents of the standard are discussed in details from two aspects:determination of dynamic performance evaluation index and design requirements of strength and rigidity.From four aspects of vertical dynamic load coefficient,allowable stress and safety coefficient of materials,selection of rigidity and adjustment of operation safety monitoring point,suggestions for implementation of the standard are raised.
