中国人鼻整形研究领域的新技术、新方法、新材料研究进展的探讨 被引量:11

Discussion of new technology, new method and new materials in the field of rhinoplasty of Chinese

摘要 以中国人为代表的东亚人种具有独特的鼻部解剖结构和美学特点。因此,在应用被普遍认可的鼻整形技术时,还需要注意契合中国人的特点和需求。近年来,国内鼻整形技术有了一些值得注意的进展。为了更好地了解目前国内外鼻整形的现状,现就自体软骨隆鼻的进展、新材料的应用、鼻整形与嗅觉障碍的关系、鼻整形技术对唇裂鼻畸形矫正的促进以及数字化技术在鼻整形中的应用作一评述。 The East Asian populations represented by Chinese have unique nasal anatomy and aesthetic characteristics. Therefore,in the application of generally accepted theory and technology of rhinoplasty, we need to pay attention to the characteristics and needs of Chinese. In recent years, the domestic rhinoplasty technology has some notable development. In order to better understand the current situation of domestic and international rhinoplasty and point out the direction for the development of rhinoplasty in China, this review describes the progress of autologous cartilage rhinoplasty, the application of new materials, the relationship between rhinoplasty and olfactory dysfunction, the promotion of rhinoplasty technology to the correction of cleft lip nasal deformities and the application of 3 D technology in rhinoplasty.
