摘要
预应力高强度混凝土管桩具有成桩质量可靠、单桩承载力高、施工速度快和工程造价便宜等优点,在地基处理中具有很大的应用潜力。本文结合一个地基补强工程实例,对适用的各种施工工艺进行了对比分析,确定了采用高强预应力管桩作为竖向增强体来进行复合地基处理的解决方案。根据检测报告,管桩单桩承载力及复合地基承载力均满足设计要求。根据监测报告,复合地基工后沉降满足设计要求。证明了预应力高强混凝土管桩在复合地基中具有推广价值。
The pre-stressed high-strength concrete(PHC)pile has the advantages such as the reliable pile quality,high bearing capacity of single pile,fast construction speed and cheap construction cost.It has great potential in foundation treatment.Base on the engineering example,the various construction techniques are compared and analyzed to confirm the solution of using PHC pile as the vertical reinforcement for composite foundation treatment.According to the test report,the bearing capacity of the single pile and the composite foundation meets the design requirements.According to the monitoring report,the post-construction settlement of the composite foundation meets the design requirements.It is proved that the pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile is worth popularizing in composite foundation.
