摘要
运用因子分析法提取了3个主因子,3个主因子的累积方差贡献率占原始变量总方差的89.643%,3个主因子与多糖、总黄酮、灰分有较高的相关性,表明多糖、总黄酮、灰分是评价不同产地枸杞质量的特征指标,同时对不同产地枸杞品质进行了评价。聚类分析显示12个区域枸杞聚分为3大类,表明不同产地枸杞质量呈现较明显的差异,可为枸杞研究提供一定理论依据。
Three main factors were extracted by factor analysis.The contribution rate of the cumulative equation of the three main factors was 89.643%of the total variance of the original variables.The three main factors had high correlation with polysaccharide,total flavone and ash,the results showed that polysaccharide,total flavone and ash were the characteristic indexes to evaluate the quality of Lycium barbarum from different habitats.Cluster analysis showed that 12 regions were divided into 3 groups,which indicated that the quality of Lycium barbarum from different regions was different.
