摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预在消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2~12月我院收治的98例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(49例)和观察组(49例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合性护理干预。比较两组的效果、干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分。结果观察组总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预有助于提高消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者的效果,同时改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 98 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our department from February to December 2018 were selected as subject of study.They were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49)according to random number table method,49 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The effect,and the scores of anxiety and depression before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 79.59%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety or depression score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the effect of patients with peptic ulcer combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and improve their anxiety and depression.
