摘要
基于传热学基本理论,以国内某22万方全容式LNG储罐为研究对象,借助于ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了LNG储罐二维温度场有限元模型,获得了罐底、罐壁和穹顶等结构在冬季操作工况下的温度场分布规律,验证了LNG储罐各保冷层结构和热角保护系统的作用效果;同时分析方法和数据可用于指导和支持LNG储罐保冷结构的设计以及LNG储罐热应力分析。
Based on the basic theory of heat transfer,taking a domestic 2.2×10^5 m^3 full-capacity LNG tank as a research object,with the aid of ANSYS finite element analysis software,the finite element model of the two-dimensional temperature field of LNG tank was established.The distribution laws of the temperature field of tank bottom,tank wall and dome in winter operating conditions were obtained,which verified the effect of the various cold insulation layers and thermal protection system of LNG tank.The analysis method and data can be used to guide and support the design of cold insulation structure of LNG tank and the thermal stress analysis of LNG tank..
