摘要
目的比较分析不同人群对无偿献血的认知水平,探索无偿献血认知的影响因素,为提高无偿献血认知提供依据。方法采用分层抽样的方法,按地理位置和经济发展状况进行调查地区的抽取,选择江苏地区的南京、苏州、扬州和徐州4个城市,采用自设问卷有效调查2986人。结果江苏省不同人群对无偿献血认知的总体得分≥60分者占44.1%。认识水平受献血次数的影响最为显著,献血次数在4次及以上的人群认知率为68.9%,无献血经历的人群为24.3%,前者高于后者(P<0.05)。城市民众认知率为50.6%,农村民众认知率为38.3%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当前人们对无偿献血认知总体不高,不同民众之间差异较大,应加强教育程度低者、学校学生、农村居民的无偿献血相关宣传,提高人群的总体献血认知水平。
Objective To compare and analyze the cognitive level of non-remunerated blood donation among different populations,and to explore the influencing factors of non-remunerated blood donation cognition,and to provide evidence for improving the awareness of non-remunerated blood donation.Methods Using stratified sampling method,the survey area was selected according to geographical location and economic development status.Four cities including Nanjing,Suzhou,Yangzhou and Xuzhou in Jiangsu province were selected,and 2986 people were effectively investigated by self-designed questionnaires.Results The overall score of cognition of non-remunerated blood donation was more than 60 points in different populations in Jiangsu province,accounting for 44.1%.The cognitive level was most significantly affected by the number of blood donation.The cognition rate of people with blood donation times of 4 times and above was 68.9%,and that of those without blood donation was 24.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognition rate of blood donation among urban residents was 50.6%,and that of rural residents was 38.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions At present,people’s understanding of non-remunerated blood donation is not high,and there are great differences among different groups.Publicity related to non-remunerated blood donation should be strengthened for those with low education level,school students,and rural residents,which may improve the overall cognitive level of non-remunerated blood donation.
