摘要
目的对收治的桡神经卡压综合征诊治病例进行分析,以提高临床诊断及治疗效果。方法 2013年12月-2016年6月,对收治的10例桡神经浅支卡压综合征患者,4例行保守治疗,6例行手术治疗。结果 10例桡神经浅支卡压综合征患者疼痛及麻木症状均明显缓解。结论桡神经浅支卡压综合征为慢性、反复性疾病,常见于体力劳动者,症状表现为手背疼痛、麻木,握拳或前臂旋前时可伴疼痛,前臂桡侧Tinel征(+),有上述症状的患者应考虑桡神经浅支卡压综合征的可能。
Objective To analyze the medical diagnosis and treatment of the superficial radia nerve entrapment syndrome, and improve the clinical treatment effection. Methods Ten cases of superficial radia nerve entrapment syndrome admitted to our hospital from Dec. 2013 to Jun. 2016 were analyzed. 4 cases were treated conservatively and 6 cases were treated with surgery. Results Ten patients with superficia radia nerve entrapment syndrome had significant relief of pain and numbness. Conclusion The superficial radial nerve entrapment syndrome is a kind of chronic and recurrent disease. It is common in manual labor. The symptoms are pain in the back of the hand, numbness, pain in clenching the fist or pronating forearm, and the Tinel sign on the radial side of the forearm. Patients with above symptoms should be considered the possibility of the superficial radial nerve entrapment syndrome.
