摘要
钢岔管在抽水蓄能引水系统中起到关键枢纽分流作用,由于钢岔管在制造过程中通过反复校形和大量焊接,局部残余应力较大,通过水压试验可有效消除残余应力,提高钢岔管安全稳定系数。水压试验涉及的技术环节较多,需要周密策划,对应力、位移、进水量及内水温度的实时监测和分析来判断水压试验是否正常。
The steel bifurcated pipe plays a key role in the diversion system of pumped storage.Because the steel bifurcated pipe is repeatedly shaped and welded in the manufacturing process,the local residual stress is large.The residual stress can be effectively eliminated and the safe and stable system number of the steel bifurcated pipe can be increased through the hydraulic test.There are many technical links involved in the hydrostatic test,which need careful planning,realtime monitoring and analysis of the corresponding stress,displaceme nt,water inflow and in ter nal water temperature to determine whether the hydrostatic test is normal.
