摘要
采用内标法-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)建立了一套操作简便、高效、快速测定两性霉素B中铁元素的方法。并研究了检测的灵敏度以及测量过程中的机体效应及质谱干扰,应用内标法,有效的补偿机体效应所引起的测量偏差。对铁元素的测定,校正曲线的相关系数在0.9985—0.9995之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在4.84%-6.44%之间,加标回收率范围为86.0%-108.5%,方法检出限为0.05mg/kg。
Using the standard addition method-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS)established a set of efficiency,rapid determination method of the Iron element in Amphotericin B.Studied the sensitivity of detection and measured the effect between the body and mass spectrum interference in the process,the standard addition method effectively compensate the measurement deviation caused by the body effect.For Iron element,the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve is 0.9985-0.9995,the relative standard de⁃viation(n=7)is 4.84%-6.44%,the standard addition recovery range is 86.0%-108.5%,the method detection limit is 0.05mg/kg.
