摘要
为了评估风电场湍流强度对机组结构疲劳的安全性,文中提出了基于扇区权重的k阶原点和中心矩算法对湍流强度不确定度的计算,并对湍流强度的不确定度进行了定义,可以快速的评估机位点的扇区湍流强度是否存在畸变;并基于包络定理构建了轮毂高度处扇区的最大参考湍流强度函数,建立了扇区湍流强度和等效疲劳载荷的关系,并对基于等价湍流计算的传统计算方法的适用性评估方进行了扩展和优化,解决了传统计算方法中需要根据不同材料W hler指数m进行载荷迭代计算的问题。
In order to evaluate the safety of wind farm turbulence intensity to the structural fatigue of the unit,a k-order origin and center moment algorithm based on sector weights is proposed to calculate the turbulence intensity uncertainty.The sector turbulence intensity can be quickly evaluated for distortion;the maximum reference turbulence intensity function of the sector at the hub height is constructed based on the envelope theorem,and the relationship between sector turbulence intensity and equivalent fatigue load is established.The applicability evaluation method of the traditional calculation method based on equivalent turbulence calculation is extended and optimized to solve the problem of the traditional calculation method that needs to perform iterative calculation of the load according to the W hler index m of different materials.
