摘要
新时代社会主义文化发展进入了新阶段,公共文化发展环境及发展要求均有了新变化。为适应新变化,公共图书馆应积极进行服务模式创新,探索开放式服务模式,通过新建开放式服务平台和相应的工作机制,实现民众与公共图书馆的双向信息交流,不断改进图书馆的服务工作,以更好地满足民众新的公共文化需求。
The development of socialist culture in the new era has entered a new stage,and the public cultural development environment and development requirements have new changes.In order to adapt to the new changes,public libraries should actively carry out service mode innovation,explore open service mode,realize the two-way information exchange between the public and public libraries through the new open service platform and the corresponding working mechanism,continuously improve the service work of the library,and better meet the new public cultural needs of the public.
