北京电网自动化全息智能运行管控体系建设研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着泛在电力物联网的提出以及电网新技术的不断应用,调控运行对自动化系统的实时、稳定、安全、高效支撑能力提出了更高的要求,亟须建立一套统一服务于自动化系统的监控体系,提升自动化系统及设备安全运行水平。以电网自动化全息智能运行管控体系建设作为研究对象,分析了电网自动化全信息智能运行管控平台存在的数据采集范围不全、数据标准不统一、数据分析手段不完善及展示方式不直观等问题,给出了电网自动化全息智能运行管控体系数据采集、分析及可视化的建设思路,并设计自动化全息智能运行管控体系建设详细方案,可为电网自动化全息智能运行管控体系建设提供参考。 With the introduction of ubiquitous power Internet of Things and the continuous application of new technologies of power grid,the regulation and operation of automation system put forward higher requirements of the real-time,stable,safe and efficient support ability.It is urgent to establish a unified monitoring system serving automation system and improve the level of safe operation of automation system and equipment.Taking the construction of holographic intelligent operation management and control system for power grid automation as the research object,the problems of incomplete data acquisition scope,inconsistent data standards,incomplete data analysis means and non-intuitive display mode of the full information intelligent operation management and control platform for power grid automation were analyzed.The hologram of power grid automation is given.The idea of data acquisition,analysis and visualization of intelligent operation management and control system was proposed,and the detailed scheme of construction of automatic holographic intelligent operation management and control system is designed,which can provide reference for the construction of holographic intelligent operation management and control system of power grid.
