摘要
针对老旧小区楼宇安防对讲系统改造过程中出现的主机分机数量众多、网络布线复杂、入户施工困难、传统线性预测方式预测误差大等问题,提出了一种以嵌入式电力载波芯片CR600为主控制器的语音编解码实时传输系统设计方案及结合神经网络的改进码激励线性预测(code excited liner prediction,CELP)算法。设计方案无需重新布线,只需利用现有的电力线即可实现语音实时对讲。改进的CELP算法也能有效提高线性预测系数的准确度,进而提高预测精度。实验结果表明,所提出的算法在语音码率为9.6 kbit/s时,信噪比为10.0001 dB,达到了语音通信编码系统的要求。
Aiming at the problems of large number of mainframe extension,complex network wiring,difficult household construction and large prediction error of traditional linear prediction mode in the process of reconstruction of building security intercom system in old residential area,a design scheme of speech coding and decoding real-time transmission system based on embedded power carrier chip CR600 and an improved code excited linear prediction(CELP)algorithm combined with neural network were proposed.The design scheme did not need to re-wiring,but only applied the existing power lines to achieve real-time voice intercommunication.The improved CELP algorithm can also effectively improve the accuracy of linear prediction coefficients,and then improve the prediction accuracy.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves a signal-to-noise ratio of 10.0001 dB when the speech rate is 9.6 kbit/s,which meets the requirements of the voice communication coding system.
