摘要
目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年2月收治慢性荨麻疹患儿120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,观察组给予玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞介素10及血清免疫球蛋白E水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗慢性荨麻疹患儿可显著提升临床有效率,降低炎性反应。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of yupingfeng granules combined with cetirizine hydrochloric drops in the treatment of children with chronic urticaria.Methods:From January 2018 to February 2019,120 children with chronic urticaria were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloric drops,while the observation group was treated with yupingfeng granule combined with cetirizine hydrochloric drops.The clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of IL-10 and serum immune globulin in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops can significantly improve clinical effectiveness and reduce inflammatory response in children with chronic urticaria.
