摘要
目的:探究当归饮子治疗肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:2017年4月-2019年4月收治肛门瘙痒症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗;观察组给予当归饮子治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率及复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归饮子治疗肛门瘙痒症效果优于常规西医治疗,安全性高,复发少。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of angelica Yin Zi in the treatment of anal pruritus.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2019,100 patients with anal pruritus were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with angelica Yin Zi.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of angelica Yin Zi in the treatment of anal pruritus is better than the conventional western medicine treatment,the safety is high,the recurrence is less.
