摘要
论述了天然γ射线测灰仪的使用背景、工作原理及其结构、技术特点,通过比对人工采制化验与天然射线灰分仪的检测值,分析了该灰分仪在邯郸洗选厂的应用情况。现场应用表明:在定期检查、维护、比对、不考虑外因因素影响的前提条件下,使用效果良好,较好满足不同矿别灰分检测要求,可以提高检测效率,为生产过程控制、洗煤操作及时传递准确数据,对企业内部结算也有一定参考价值,有较可靠的推广价值。
Following an introduction to the background of the application of the natural γ-ray ash monitor at the Handan Coal Washery, and the working principle, structural design and technical features of the monitor, an analysis is made of the effect obtained through application of the monitor at the washery based on the result of comparison of the analytical ash value and monitor-detected ash value. Field application result shows what: the monitor can work remarkably well with a high efficiency provided that it is checked, maintained and calibrated on a regular basis and is not subject to the influence of external factors;its use can better meet the requirement for determination of the ash of raw coal from different mines, and timely provide accurate ash data for process control and coal cleaning operations;the ash data provided by the monitor can serve as a reference for internal business settlement;and it merits widespread application.
