Objective To study the relationship between serum interleukin expression and infection in patients with infectious diabetic foot, and provide reference for clinical. Methods A total of 54 patients with infectious diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled. All patients met the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot.Thirty-one diabetic patients without diabetes and 50 healthy patients were selected as the control group, and the IL-6,17 levels of all the selected subjects were examined. Results The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-17 in diabetic foot were significantly higher than those in disease control group and healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-17 in disease control group were higher than those in control group. The difference was significant, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of serum IL-6 and IL-17 in infected patients were(18.02±1.34)pg/mL and(87.31±6.45)pg/mL, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in uninfected patients,,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);diabetic foot There were significant differences in serum IL-6 and IL-17 levels between infected diabetic patients with different diabetic foot scores,,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Serum IL-6 and IL-17 levels increased significantly with the increase of the grade of diabetic foot. The difference between the three groups was significant,,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of IL-6 and IL-17 is high in infectious diabetic foot, and their level is closely related to the incidence of diabetic foot and the progress of infectious diabetes.
