矮小儿童血清IGF-1、apelin水平及其与生长关系的研究被引量：7

摘要目的明确apelin和IGF-1与生长激素缺乏型(growth hormone deficient,GHD)矮小症之间的相关性。方法纳入2016年6月-2017年12月医院收治的60例生长激素缺乏型矮小症患儿(试验组)和40例健康儿童(对照组)作为研究对象,检测2组研究对象apelin、胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin like growth factor,IGF-1)、生长激素(growth hormone,GH)的表达水平并研究apelin与IGF-1和GHD相关性。结果试验组患儿apelin、IGF-1和GH水平显著性低于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示试验组患儿IGF-1水平与GH水平呈正相关(r=0.942,P<0.05);试验组患儿apelin水平与GH水平呈正相关(r=0.957,P<0.05)。结论 apelin和IGF-1检测能较好地反应生长激素缺乏型矮小症GH水平,可能作为诊断生长激素缺乏型矮小症的参考指标。
