摘要
采用溶解分散法使用双螺杆挤出机制备含有吡咯并吡咯二酮(DPP)的低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)抗紫外母粒,将母粒与PE-LD粒料共混吹塑成膜,使用氙弧灯老化实验箱对抗紫外棚膜与普通棚膜加速老化;利用电子拉力试验机、接触角测量仪和紫外线可见分光光分度计测试两种棚膜老化前后的性能。分析结果显示,DPP的质量分数为0.001%时,就可以有效阻隔280~400 nm紫外光的透过率;DPP与流滴剂协同作用,提升了棚膜的流滴性;DPP的加入,可以有效减少紫外线对棚膜的老化。
Low density polyethylene(PE-LD)UV-absorbing masterbatch containing diketopyrro-pyrroles(DPP)was prepared by dissolution-dispersion method using a twin-screw extruder.The prepared masterbatch and PE-LD particles were blended and blown into film.UV-absorbing greenhouse-covering film and common greenhouse-covering film were subjected to accelerated aging test using a xenon-arc lamp.The properties of the two films before and after aging were tested using an electronic tensile tester,a contact angle meter and a UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The results show that when the mass fraction of DPP is 0.001%,it can effectively block the transmittance of ultraviolet light at 280-400 nm.DPP is cooperated with antidripping agent to improve the anti-drop property of the greenhouse-covering films.The addition of DPP can effectively reduce the aging of greenhouse-covering film caused by ultraviolet.
