摘要
麻黄升麻汤作为《伤寒论》中药味最多的一张方剂,配伍复杂,药量悬殊,组方风格与其他经方不同,历代医家对此众说纷纭。笔者基于文献研究,从其是否属于仲景方,是否归于厥阴病篇,全方方药配伍及剂量应用等方面展开探讨,并结合古今临床应用提出麻黄升麻汤可治疗阴阳毒,以期丰富、完善麻黄升麻汤的文献研究并拓展其临床应用。
Mahuang Shengma decoction is a prescription with the most traditional Chinese medicines in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.It has complex medication and wide disparity in dosage.Its style is different from other classical prescriptions.Doctors of past dynasties have different opinions on it.Based on the literature study,the author discussed whether it belongs to Zhongjing recipe,whether it belongs to Jueyin disease,the compatibility of all prescriptions and dosage application,and put forward that Mahuang Shengma decoction can treat yin and yang toxicity combined with ancient and modern clinical application.In order to enrich and improve the literature of Mahuang Shengma decoction and expand its clinical application.
