摘要
以大型卷筒纸包装生产线为研究对象,完成了工业机器人在包装线上的应用设计。应用三维建模软件对生产线各工位进行模块化建模,优化了包装流程。应用机器人离线编程软件EASY在虚拟环境中对包装生产线的工作过程进行了模拟仿真,验证了机器人在卷筒纸包装线中应用的合理性。
Took the large roll-paper wrappingline as the research object,it was designed that the application of industrial robots in the packaging line.The three-dimensional modeling software was used to model the workstations of the production line,and the packaging process was optimized.The working process of the packaging production line was simulated in virtual environment by using the off-line the robot programming software EASY,the rationality of the application of the robot in the production line was verified.
