摘要
三学期制有利于培养新零售时代市场营销专才。分析了实施三学期制度面临的一系列挑战,在借鉴相关院校经验的基础上,从系统规划与动态调整、构建以学生为中心的多赢培养机制、树立过程质量观和风险管理等方面,提出了推行三学期制的建议。
The three-semester system is conducive to cultivating marketing talents suitable for the new retail era.This article explores the challenges of implementing a three-semester system.Based on the experience of relevant universities,this paper puts forward the proposal of implementing the three-semester system:system planning and dynamic adjustment,building a student-centered win-win cooperative education mechanism,establishing process quality concept and risk management.
